I do not need to know your name or who referred you to me, but I may ask for clarification and specificity if I feel it is completely necessary. I know it takes a certain mindframe to solicit advice from strangers, but you've been referred here on good authority (trust your friends), and I respect your position and right to refuse any advice I may offer.
I will not share your personal or private information or thoughts with anyone. I am not doing this for entertainment or profit, but rather to gain credibility as a counselor and life advisor.
